Description
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with hands-on experience in a modern Headless WordPress environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WordPress, Next.js, React.js, WPGraphQL, and modern web development practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using Headless WordPress, Next.js, and React.js.
- Build and integrate frontend applications with WordPress through WPGraphQL and REST APIs.
- Develop reusable, scalable, and responsive UI components using React/Next.js.
- Customize and manage WordPress as a headless CMS.
- Create and maintain GraphQL queries, mutations, and API integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website performance, functionality, and integration issues.
- Monitor and maintain the overall health and stability of the web platform.
- Implement SEO-friendly and performance-optimized web solutions.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers, content teams, product teams, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Follow modern web development, security, accessibility, and coding best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with WordPress
- Hands-on experience with Headless WordPress
- Strong knowledge of Next.js
- Strong experience with React.js
- Experience with WPGraphQL
- Good understanding of GraphQL
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development
- Experience in website maintenance and troubleshooting
