Our client, Bank Dhofar, one of Oman’s leading financial institutions, sought a robust BPM integration platform to streamline workflows across banking services. We delivered a scalable solution using IBM WebSphere Process Server, enabling seamless integration, enhanced maintainability, and multi-channel readiness. and The platform has been designed to meet the various banking requirements.
Scope: Development of business process and human tasks activities.
The Banking product platform had to be integrated with IBM Websphere Process Server. Client required a solution to architect and implement by a vendor with BI expertise.
The platform with its unique work flow management capability was integrated to the Process Server work flow engine (Human Task Manager) with APIs
There were two parts to the solution:
Wrapping the HTM APIs and exposing them through the platform for their client applications to access them
Creating work flows in HTM to handle all user storied for the various modules.

The solution was inline with the existing architecture to leverage existing assets
Decoupling of the services(systems and modules) which enables better maintainability
Ability to integrate the existing client application with minimal effort (with zero coding)
